As a new kid on the block, we are actively searching for new clients and new projects to use our 40 plus years of experience in the MEPH consultancy industry to good use. Being a smaller practice working on both small and large scale projects from condition surveys to £180million new build residential projects, (and everything in between), we believe we are in a position to provide a service that has no strings attached.
Personally I am aware of the complexities of contracts, fee allowances and more importantly, the expectations of client’s not always being matched by the level of service. At Bright Orange we proactively try to avoid these limitations that some larger companies may be tied to such as restrictions on the number of meetings and the understanding there is a developing design process where design variations are not the default.
